This occurs due to the fact that, as part of the service, we may provide hosting services for some or all of the services, resulting in trader-related Personal Information being routed to us from our production servers. We also collect and receive Personal Information relating to certain employees of our clients for the purposes of communication with us and the general provision of the Service.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This privacy policy may be changed from time to time, as we see fit and where the changes are required in accordance with GDPR or any other applicable law. This binding version is the most updated version posted on the site. We may inform you via e-mail regarding any material changes.
AML Policy
You declare strict abidance to AML (Anti Money Laundering) regulations. You agree that Digital Genius Group Ltd may implement regulations and procedures to adhere to AML regulations at its sole discretion. Credit card deposits should be made only from personal (non-corporate) credit cards registered under your name. Refunds and withdrawals will be executed only to the credit card from which the funds were originally deposited. Digital Genius Group Ltd at its sole discretion shall have the right to pay amounts above the original deposit to a bank account in your name and held in your country of domicile.
Corporate credit cards will not be accepted.
Depositing by wire shall be made only from a bank account in your country of domicile and from an account in your name. Refunds and withdrawals in case of a deposit by wire shall be executed to the same account where the deposit has originally been wired from.
KYC Policy
SolidusX is conducting an extensive KYC (Know Your Costumer) upon the opening of an account and on an ongoing basis.
The documents that you are required to submit are as follows:
- ID proof: any one of the following
- Passport
- ID
- Any government-issued identity card (such as a driving license).
- Address proof (2 documents from the following categories):
- Utility bills - provided that they are no older than 3 months;
- Bank/Telephone/credit card statements
The documents should be sent from the registered e-mail address. Alternatively, you can also send the documents to our address at Beachmont Business Centre, Suite 165, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
The KYC documents need to be self-attested by you.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing funds from your account will require you to provide relevant documents to ensure your account comply with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing regulation. We will not commence the withdrawal process prior to acceptance of all required documents. You can only withdraw funds that are available in your account and not used for active trading. in the case where withdrawing funds could result in damaging or creating significant risk to your trading activity, the company will impose a 24 hours delay to your withdrawal in order to provide a reasonable timeframe to provide information and for you to consider adjusting your trading activity and/or your withdrawal request.
All withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours upon their approval and if so approved then the funds will be returned to the bank account/credit card/other sources of payment from which the funds were originated, including a financial wallet.
We reserve the right to decline any application to withdrawals including, but without limitation, due to the following reasons: we suspect the transaction is fraudulent, your account is under investigation, and/or there are not enough funds available in your account. We also reserve our right to refuse applications to withdraw and/or to suspend to terminate your account due to non-compliance with our AML requirements or any KYC matters.
